Cancellations and Refunds Policy
At C4S.Agency, we value our clients and strive to provide the best possible services. We understand that situations may arise where you may need to cancel a project or request a refund. Please read our policy below for clarity.
1. Project Cancellations
- Before Project Start: If you cancel a project before work has started, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the terms of your agreement.
- After Project Start: Once the project work has commenced, cancellations will be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Digital Campaigns: For ongoing digital marketing campaigns, a minimum notice period of 15 days is required for cancellation.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by the client.
- Service not delivered as per the agreed scope due to an error from our side.
- Technical issues preventing project delivery, where no workaround is possible.
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Change of mind after work has started.
- Delays caused by lack of client communication, approvals, or required information.
- Third-party service fees (e.g., hosting, domain, ad spend, software licenses).
3. Refund Process
- All refund requests must be made in writing via email to support@c4s.agency with your project/order details.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7β14 working days via the original payment method.
